Refund Policy

All items are produced to order.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused standard items. To initiate a return, contact us at philippa.reynolds@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Made-to-order and personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
